Lately I've developed an interest in cooking, mainly due to me trying to pull myself together and do something about my crazy sleeping and eating habits. Nowadays I sleep between about midnight and 6-8 in the morning, and I eat three times a day: and I try to eat good and healthy stuff, just because I can. Healthy is good, and good is good. I've been spending some time browsing recipes, trying some of them out, experimenting and so on - and now I'm curious.

Trying out recipes from other parts of the world is extra fun and remember, healthy is a plus. I don't fancy food with a lot of fat or sugar: I've found it quite funny that when browsing american websites on cooking, every darned recipe whether it's pancakes, steak or salad seem to manage to contain a few spoons of sirup or sugar (I'm exaggerating a little yes. A little tiny bit. But I -have- noted that there's a lot of sugar or syrup used - like olives in Greece or something.)
